The hand and body washes in the Wintertide Collection, including this Wintertide Nordic Pine Hand and Body Wash, are enriched with vitamin E and Aloe Vera. Vitamin E is a well-known powerful antioxidant with great anti-ageing properties; it protects skin cells from pollution, UV light, and elements that produce cell-damaging free radicals. The vitamin E in this Wintertide Nordic Pine Hand and Body Wash helps to cleanse and moisturise the skin while keeping it soft, supple and fresh.

Bottled liquid soap comes with additional benefits for wider use in places such as guest bathrooms or hospitality venues. This versatile soap is not just a hand wash but can also be used as a luxurious body wash, with a rich lather to indulge in your bath or shower.

All our hand and body washes are made on our farm site in the Sussex countryside, and our perfumes are made in England by expert perfumers that have been designed specifically for The English Soap Company. The Wintertide Nordic Pine Hand and Body Wash is vegan-friendly and cruelty-free.

With sustainability at the core of our family business, we are constantly striving to source recyclable materials to use for our products. Whether it is product packaging made from recycled plastics or recyclable plastics, opting for paper or card and even how we package our products for delivery.

Although we are not 100% there yet, reducing waste, recycling and re-purposing materials carries high importance within our family business. Did you know we now use a cardboard shredder to make use of every little bit of cardboard that comes into our barns, which we use to keep all your lovely orders safe and secure.

The Wintertide Nordic Pine Hand and Body Wash has a PETE 1 recyclable plastic bottle and is made from 100% PCR plastics. PCR plastics refer to any plastic material made from recycled post-consumer resins. They are more environmentally friendly and a far more sustainable option than other types of plastic.

Aloe vera is a cactus-like plant with leaves that produce a gel rich in vitamins A, C, E, and B12. There are records of it being used as a therapeutic ingredient since 1750 BC.

Aloe vera is easily absorbed into the skin and helps to moisturise, soothe, and hydrate the skin. It has anti-inflammatory properties and supports the production of collagen. It also contains antioxidant properties, which can repair sun damage and slow down the skin’s ageing process.

In addition, there is research to show that aloe vera can increase flexibility and reduce the fragility of the skin.

Royal Mail Tracked 48 delivery is £3.95 for all UK orders under £35. Please allow 2 – 3 working days for your delivery to be made. Please note this is a tracked service.

Orders valued at £35 or more will be dispatched using Parcelforce. This is a tracked service with next day delivery Monday to Thursday. Please expect your delivery between 1 – 2 working days.

Please note for all deliveries we are closed at the weekend and on bank holidays, therefore in some instances deliveries will surpass their specified working day lead time.

Get free shipping when you spend over £35, if you live in mainland UK. Order value must be over £35 including any vouchers, coupons or discounts added, in order to be eligible for free shipping.

Please note that our business operates Monday through to Friday and is closed on weekends and bank holidays. Orders received during these times or after 1pm on Fridays will be processed on the following business day. We appreciate your understanding.

If you live outside mainland UK, you will be subject to different shipping costs.

Once your order has been dispatched a confirmation will be sent to the provided registered email address. Orders placed on a bank holiday or weekend will be processed next working day.

We would like to inform you about the delivery options available through our courier, Parcelforce. Currently, Parcelforce offers the following delivery options for your order:

•Direct delivery to your address

•Delivery to a neighbour

•Collection from a local post office

Please note that Parcelforce drivers are not authorised to leave parcels in a designated "safe place". If this is selected as an option during checkout, your parcel will not be left unattended. This policy is in place to ensure the security of your order.

Neither The English Soap Company nor Parcelforce can be held liable for any parcels that go missing if they are left in an unattended or unapproved location.

Due to customs restrictions, we are unable to ship our eaux de toilette and hand sanitisers outside of the UK. If you live outside of the UK please ensure you do not purchase these products. Please note we are not permitted to sell Sulphur Soap from our Take Care Collection outside of the UK.

In the event of these products being ordered in error, we will contact you as soon as possible and arrange a refund for the restricted items.

If you’d like to return items please contact us within 14 days of purchase. You have a further 14 days to return the items, unused in the original condition along with proof of purchase. Once we’ve received the items we’ll arrange an exchange or refund within 14 days to the person who originally purchased the items.

We will only issue a refund if the product has arrived damaged or if there is a manufacturing fault.

If your parcel appears to have been damaged during transit, please notify us immediately via email. at info@theenglishsoapcompany.com, including photographs of the damaged item(s).
