Merge Crystals is a free gem merge puzzle game that you can play online. Swipe the board and every gem slides as far as it can, and when two matching gems touch, they fuse into the next, bigger treasure.

How to play Merge Crystals

Swipe up, down, left or right, or use the arrow keys on a computer. The treasure chain goes Pebble, Moss Stone, Amethyst, Ruby, Sapphire, Emerald, Topaz, Diamond, Star, Moon and finally a Planet. A new pebble or moss stone appears after every move. Make a Planet to win, then keep going for a Galaxy.

Tips

• Keep your biggest treasure in a corner and build toward it.
• Move in just two or three directions as often as you can to keep the board tidy.
• Leave space on the board so new gems do not block your merges.

What makes it special

The gem names make the chain easy to follow, and the goal of reaching a Planet gives each game a clear finish line. Because a new gem appears after every move, planning a few swipes ahead matters more than swiping fast, and short games are easy to fit into a break.
