How to play Type Comets
Type Comets teaches touch typing, which means typing without looking at your hands. Glowing comets carrying letters and words fall toward your floating island. Type what's on a comet to lock on and zap it with the island's crystal laser.
- Rest your fingers on the home row: left hand on A S D F, right hand on J K L ;. Feel the bumps on F and J.
- The keyboard under the game lights up the next key. Its color shows which finger to use.
- Twelve lessons go step by step: the home row, then the top row, then the bottom row, then full words.
- Earn stars for accuracy. One star unlocks the next lesson. Try to stay above 95% before chasing speed.
